Private room and private bathroom in a 1300 sq foot Apartment in a really cool loft-style building in the Brewery District! Shared living room and kitchen. I do have a dog, very friendly, but can be kept out of your spaces. I am out a lot so you’d have the whole space to yourself quite a bit. Lot of cool amenities in the building like a rooftop.

Just someone chill, clean, dog-friendly, and not someone who is going to have parties here. It is furnished, has a big closet but I’d prefer someone who is not bringing a ton of stuff or there is a storage unit place just down the street where extra stuff could go. Would be great for travel nurses or people traveling for business in general or just people without a lot of stuff.
