this studio is a converted free-standing garage, with vaulted ceiling. it’s extremely quiet and secure. covered parking at the door. the kitchen facilities are basically there, sans stove. but from my experiences, a whole lot of folks don’t cook these days anyway. (air fryer works great!) however, the tenant does have access to the washer/dryer, which is right inside the back door to the big house, which is right next to the big kitchen, if needed. there is also a gas grill.

i like to play in the dirt, so i try vegetable gardening every year. and every year it’s learning curve. but it’s mostly successful…?

the neighborhood is incredible. sidewalks, trees, lots of kids, dog walking… and this location is hard to beat. we are 1/2 mile from the post office/library/five points in one direction, 1/2 mi to shelby park greenway/bottoms the other.
