The apartment has a full kitchen, so you’re welcome to cook. There’s a laundromat right next door, making laundry very convenient. Friends are welcome to visit, and garage parking is available (I personally always park on the street without any issues).

I’ve lived here for over 4.5 years, and it’s been a wonderful neighborhood—safe, quiet, and conveniently located. It’s close to Koreatown, Culver City, Downtown LA, and many other popular areas.

There is no live-in landlord, so you can enjoy your privacy and feel comfortable at home. I’m easygoing, not picky, and I’m away from home most of the time. I’m hoping to find someone who is also clean, respectful, and relaxed, so we can enjoy a comfortable and friendly living environment together.
