Both of the rooms for rent upstairs are very large. You would share a bathroom with only one other person upstairs. My boyfriend and I would have our bedroom downstairs. There’s a large living room and kitchen, two fenced in yards that you can enjoy.

I will be having friends over often, you can have people over too as long as you know them well enough. Your room will Be upstairs so it will be away from noise downstairs, but we will still be mindful

I will cover utilities, rent will be split equally for each bedroom (3)

About the roomies

I am a 25 year old female and he is 24. We have a a few cats. We are both from the Tampa area and have been in New Orleans for about a year. Love to shoot pool and going out! Roommates who are at least semi social and mindful would work
