Available Now! Medium‑sized room in a clean, quiet single‑family home in central Napa. The room easily fits a queen bed, has a standard closet, great natural light, and will be unfurnished. You’ll share a bathroom with one other person. The rest of the house is fully furnished and includes two living rooms, a spacious kitchen with a wine bar, a sunny backyard, plenty of storage, in‑garage laundry, and easy street parking. Walking distance to a grocery store and easy access to the napa bike trail. We prefer not to add more pets, but we’re open to discussing it. You’ll also get to enjoy Dusty, our very sweet, well-behaved, happy pup.

We’re three young working professionals: a married couple who owns the home and one housemate who has lived here for over a year and will share the bathroom with you. We’re friendly, respectful, and keep a quiet, clean household. We love cooking, gardening, dinner nights, and having friends over for board games or barbeques. We’re looking for someone who is kind, clean, responsible, and drama‑free. No smoking, light drinking is fine.
