This is a six month lease starting on August 1st, with the option to renew.
Rent is $850/month and this includes everything except internet. The wifi is already set up and that will be an additional $30 a month per person.
We are pet friendly! This unit also includes a private, fenced-in backyard with a lawn and lots of shade.
This unit is owned by a private landlord. She will require a background check prior to move-in. There is also a strict no smoking policy.
Great location! The unit is within walking distance of downtown Bozeman.
Other features include a dishwasher and in-unit laundry.
