• Walking distance from downtown, on the West side to escape the thick of traffic.

• Community gym, indoor parking, & balcony with lakefront view.

Living Habits:

• I am pretty tidy and minimalistic, and am looking for someone similar (at least for the common room/ kitchen - your room is all yours).
• I spend a lot of time out of the house, @ work or around town. You’ll have the space to yourself a lot.
• I generally prefer quiet time after 10 PM, but later on weekends is fine. Visitors are fine, but please let me know first (& I’ll do the same).
• Preferred temp 69-72 (negotiable).

LIKES: Art, Animation, Hiking, Ice Skating, Music (I play piano, Violin, & Ukulele), Cosplay, & Fandom. In my space, I love to cook, clean, & host friends (small dinner parties).

DISLIKES:

• Loud noises, clutter, hot-headedness. No drama please.
