We are two quiet females with one currently studying at UCF and the other working full-time.
The apartment includes a private bedroom and bathroom (private; inside the room) and includes a washer/dryer with all utilities except for electric. This current unit has recently been renovated which includes wood flooring throughout the apartment, vaulted ceilings, and carpet inside the bedrooms .
This apartment complex is also on a UCF shuttle route and is conventiently located within a 10 minute walk to a neighborhood Walmart, Publix, and gas station. The complex is also a 7 minute drive from University Blvd which has plenty of restaurants that are open late for you to conveniently grab something after a long day! This is the perfect spot for the ideal student or working professional.
This complex includes a 24-hr gym and pool that you can access at any time, and a clubhouse that has some activities for you to enjoy! It is also pet friendly, we have one cat so please no dogs. Another single cat can be negotiated though .
