We have two different potential rooms open, one 10’x12’ bedroom w/ backporch access through double doors and one without. The backyard is quite open but needs a new fence. A shed for small storage is relatively unused and open for bikes or tools.

I live along with my roommate Corbin, he is the head lease owner. We are childhood friends and have both graduated from USM and are currently stabilizing our lives. We’re both quiet people and often keep the living spaces open. I don’t own any animals but Corbin has a cat and a reptile enclosure in the living room.
