It’s a duplex, you’ll get the master bedroom to yourself, it has a bathroom and a very large closet attached. All the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 bed 2 bath) are upstairs. We have a backyard with no fence, working washer/dryer/dishwasher, a driveway with space for 2 cars (but many people park alongside the road and we as roommates don’t mind shuffling our cars around), pretty good AC, internet, and a full kitchen. To be honest, the neighbors can get kind of noisy, some like to throw parties outdoors til after dark, and the next door neighbor has a dog that barks a lot while outside or in the window. We’re within walking distance of Rogers High School. The room isn’t furnished, but the rest of the house is! It’s a smoke free lease but we have seats out back.

We have 1 cat, she’s very sweet. Potentially gets along with other cats and small dogs, she’s lived with both before. Lease says 2 animals max, so only 1 pet can come with you and, there’s a $500 pet deposit :( AJ- Quiet and stays in her room most of the time, likes to play video games. Mostly does her own thing but will help out if asked. Ray- Can be a little noisy, but is willing to adjust if asked. Loves to cook way too much and share the leftovers with others. Pretty social, likes to have friends over, but he’ll give warning. Hangs out in the living room a lot. We’re both pretty tidy, helpful, and friendly. We like to communicate a lot to keep things running smoothly. Neither of us drink or smoke but we’re not judgemental if you do.
