Private, furnished room for rent with a 6 foot closet and shared full bathroom. Queen size bed with 2 end tables and a 32” TV are available in the room. The common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) are shared. There is also a washer/dryer available for use.

***All bills (water, garbage, internet) are covered except electric which would be split 50/50 and ranges from $50/month (winter) to $200/month (summer).

Military female with shared custody of my 13 year old son, stationed at Shaw AFB. My son lives with me part time on long weekends, holidays and summers. He is who the bathroom is shared with when he is present. I have a dog that lives on the property as well, he is friendly and i am on .5 acres with a fenced in back yard that has a fire pit. Parking is available on the driveway, which is shaded by a large tree.
