Price: $615/month rent, ~$60-90/month utilities which include electric, gas, internet, and garbage. Water is due every 3 months and fluctuates between $100-120 per person. Deposit of $500 and an admin fee of $100 are required by the landlords.
Type of housing: 6 bed 3 bath two-story house with a basement, laundry room, two shared living room spaces (one of the ground level, one on the basement level), detached garage, full backyard, and lots of parking.
When is it available: July 1st.

Dog/cat: No dogs unfortunately, but bring your cat! We have two already.
Are substances ok: Smoking outside, drinking is okay but know your limits.

Accessibility info (please be detailed ie are there stairs to the building/how many, are there stairs to the room/how many, etc): A set of stairs leads into the main level of the home from both the front and back entrances, as well as a set of indoor stairs leading down to the basement level where the available room is.

This is a very queer friendly environment, the roomates are super kind and clean. We all work full time or are in school full time!
