Room Available – Dauphin, PA | Available End of August I’m looking for a female roommate to share my two-bedroom home in Dauphin, PA. The room will be available at the end of August when my current roommate moves out. Rent: $850/month per person (utilities can be discussed). The home includes: ● Shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ● In-unit front-loading washer and dryer ● Garage, basement, and plenty of storage throughout the house ● Large backyard with a fire pit and storage shed ● Shared access to all common areas I’m completely fine with a roommate who works from home, as my current one does. I work full-time, and my schedule varies from week to week. A little about the living environment I’m looking for: I value a clean, respectful, drama-free home where communication is important. When people live together, little issues are bound to come up from time to time, and I believe the best way to handle them is simply by communicating openly and respectfully. A few additional details: ● Overnight guests are welcome occasionally, but I’d prefer they don’t become long-term overnight visitors. ● You’re more than welcome to add your own decorating touches to make the space feel like home. ● Age isn’t important to me—I’m simply looking for someone responsible, considerate, and easy to live with. The landlord requires a Zillow rental application and credit check, and the application fee is very reasonable compared to most rental companies. Although the lease is month-to-month with the landlord, I’d also like us to sign a simple roommate agreement outlining expectations so we’re both on the same page and comfortable in our shared home.
