I have 1 room 1 bath available in a 2-2 apartment. The bath is separate from the room but all yours. New lease starts Sept 14th but can move in around Sept 1st. Deposit $250 (half the original deposit). Full shared use of the common areas. Laundry in the apt. Has a patio and storage closet on the patio. Semi gated community with pool, gym, and valet trash pick up.

I already have cats so, one younger baby boy who loves pets and one older lady who is attached to my hip. Unfortunately no more fur babies allowed. I am in my 30’s and work from home and generally keep to myself. Not opposed to guests as long as they are respectful. The room will be unfurnished. I don’t cook a lot but when I cook I cook enough for everyone. Still prepping room for walkthrough/ pictures. Will upload more when ready.
