The location is one of the best in San Diego—just minutes from Downtown, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, major hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and public transportation.

I also have two friendly cats, so the ideal roommate is someone who enjoys animals and is comfortable living with pets.

My parents live in the main house. They’re very kind, respectful, and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. My brother also lives there and works full-time, so everyone’s pretty busy during the day.

My wife and I live in a separate ADU on the property, so you’ll have your own space and privacy while knowing I’m nearby if you ever need anything.

We also have two friendly cats in the house and a chocolate Lab who stays in the backyard.
