Private Room with Private Bathroom + Free Tesla Charger (All Bills Included)

Hi! I have a private bedroom available in my 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. It would just be the 2 of us living here, so you’ll have a lot of space and a calm, comfortable environment. You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

The room comes furnished, and I have a brand-new mattress arriving this Thursday - I’ll update the photos as soon as it’s here. The rent is $1300 per month and includes everything: electricity, water, and fast 1GB Wi-Fi.

A little about me: I’m a 31-year-old woman working from home, and I live here with my cat, Umka. She’s very sweet, friendly, and well-behaved (no scratching or chaos). If you have a cat, that’s totally fine too - as long as they’re not too wild 😊

I’d love to live with someone around my age and ideally create a friendly, easygoing vibe at home. I enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, going out, pottery, and just having a peaceful but fun lifestyle.

Also, if you have a Tesla, there’s a charger at home it takes about 4–5 hours for a full charge and it’s included in the rent.
