Hi! I’m looking for someone to take the open room in my apartment in the heart of Brickell, in the Soma building.

The room comes with its own private bathroom and is unfurnished. The shared living room and kitchen are furnished and move-in ready. But happy to accommodate any items you want to add. I rarely use the common spaces.

The apartment includes in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a private balcony. There is also a trash butler service so you don’t have to go to a trash chute. It’s in an extremely convenient location—just a 1-minute walk to both the Metromover and Metrorail, making commuting very easy. There is also a Publix right across the street.

There is a construction site next door, but the site has been vacant for many months and from what I understand they went bankrupt and will not be working on it for the foreseeable future.

The building offers great amenities, including a rooftop pool and a recently renovated gym.

Utilities are typically between $50-$90 a month and internet is included. Must be able to apply, a get approved (including a credit check) by 07/31 for a 09/01 move-in.

I’m a young professional working full-time, and I work a lot and travel frequently. Because of that, I’m not home all the time, but I like coming back to a clean, comfortable, and relaxed space.

I grew up with five sisters, so I’m very comfortable sharing spaces and being mindful of others. I also get along well with most people and am comfortable living with both males and females.

Ideally, I’m looking for a young professional or grad student who is respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Someone who values shared spaces, is considerate, and keeps things low-drama and organized would be a great fit.
