Room on the 2nd floor currently furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Spacious walk-in closet. 2 windows in room and 1 in the closet. Full bath right across the door equipped with Japanese bidet heated toilet seat, bath tub, granite counter top. (Room and bathroom pics are posted but not with current furnishings, will update in a couple days!)

There is another bedroom on the 2nd floor that is an unrented guest room. The rest of the 2nd floor is a loft level that overlooks the first floor, used as an office for owner when in town.

• a large open main floor: with furnished dining area, spacious kitchen with long granite island, stainless appliances, tall cabinets, and a living room furnished with electric reclining sofa and a wall mounted TV, Apple TV/HomePod/smart lights. Several big green plants like monstera. Half bath off the kitchen. Deck and grill out back with a view facing trees and water.
• a large open finished basement, with a large carpeted area, a gym area including a rower and a bike, and a full bathroom.

(Owner’s room and bathroom is on the main floor off the living room.)

The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by trees and water, new construction from 2018. 5 minute walk down a mulched wooded trail to a shared neighborhood beach and pier, perfect for inner tubes or paddle boards on creeks and Middle River.
