And recently separated and basically just need my rooms rented to be able to afford the bills the rent is $2,700 plus the water I pay $180 around that a month as well as the electricity is around 250 a month so by myself it’s a little difficult trying to build up my cleaning service and my husband and Just recently separated after 23 years so looking for immediate move-ins .I do have a TV stand and a TV if the person needs one comes with Roku I have internet so that would be included. I do have a blow-up mattress but I can most definitely provide maybe like a dresser or something if the person needed it.

It’s a three bedroom house with me and my dog and my cat big backyard fenced in. I’m in and out not a person that’s in people’s business no one needs to tell me what they’re doing or what they’re going as long as there’s no parties or inviting a bunch of people in or something other than that I’m very easy going lated back person and just need someone to be here to split the bills really.
