About the room
The private furnished bedroom can be found in my very nice single family home. You will have a private and neat bathroom available to you in your own room. The bedroom will be found on the right side of the home. Therefore, your room will be private and secluded. The closest size is pretty decent with ample storage space for hanging clothes. Rent is $630 per month that covers all the utilities and high speed internet. One rule of no messy rooms and keeping the common areas clean as you will be able to use all common areas including the kitchen and living room. Washer/Dryer usage. Smoking only outside. Neighbors are very nice and the house is located close to many grocery stores/gas stations/highways/etc. Move in right away.
