The property is a three bedroom two bath. I currently live alone with my dog who is a three-year-old pitbull and very friendly. You can choose between the upstairs bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed or a bedroom on the main level which is unfurnished. In the basement is a large flatscreen TV, couch, boxing bag and workout equipment for your use if you would like. I have a fully stocked culinary inspired kitchen, which you could use. Im laid back easy going organized and very clean. Bathroom you could either use your own bathroom upstairs or the main level bathroom which would be shared with me. Private driveway, large backyard with furnished deck/ patio furniture. Ive only lived in this house for about a year or so, it is fully renovated and well maintained. You will also have the option to park on the street or in the driveway (1-2 cars depending). Brand new washer and dryer on site. Space for storage if needed.

About the roomies

As for me i am a 30 year old male and i live here solo. I am in the law enforcement profession for a little under 10 years now. I like cooking, working out, cars and being around family. I am Italian and greek if that says anything to you or of any relevance. I dont smoke nor drink other than the occasional cigar on the deck. Im not a partier nor have friends over.
