A 2bed 2 bath apartment, I have one available bedroom (~11ft x 11ft) unfurnished with its own full bathroom in the room. Shared kitchen and living room. Central heating and air conditioning. In unit washer and dyrer, with a community building with large load machines if needed. Monthly costs are Rent+SDGE+Water+WiFi. Apartment neighborhood is super quiet and friendly. No pets allowed unfortunately. Never struggled to find a parking spot in the area. There is a community pool! Located in Poway/Sabre Springs area close to Carmel Mt shopping plaza with Costco, trader joes, and lots of food. Move in day can be before August just depends on meeting with our Landlord on those details!
About the roomies
I am a 28 year old male, work as a Full time design engineer. I work hybrid mode; some days from the office others from the desk in my room. I am good at keeping to myself and maintaining shared spaces clean. I have lived here for 6 months and am really enjoying it. Just looking to replace my roomate who lived here 2.5 years.
