In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher in kitchen. Located close to downtown Providence, with close access to multiple bus lines. Quiet house and neighborhood. Small shared patio on the back half of the property. The room itself has a sizable walk in closet and features the largest bedroom in the apartment. This is a quiet apartment for those who enjoy a peaceful, relaxing environment. We do not host guests more than once every couple of months, nor do we allow overnight guests more than once a week for those in partnerships. No pets. 420 friendly.

Two female roommates who like to keep to themselves and value respect, cleanliness, and privacy. I am a former hospitality worker making their transition into tech. I take classes online from home as well as adhere to a work from home schedule with one of the two living rooms serving as a partial office. I do consider myself highly introverted, friendly, and quiet. In my spare time I like to read, play video games, go thrifting, and catch up on TV (anything from home renovations, reality tv, to sci-fi & fantasy). Our other roommate works days in the hospitality industry. She loves to spend time drawing, spending time with her partner, being outside in nature, and exploring new vegetarian restaurants. She is also quiet introverted, but loves making new friends and meeting new people.
