The home is located in lower Moonridge right by Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, and it has 5 bedrooms. The upper floor would be yours which includes the master bedroom and a small bedroom with a private bath. There are two full closets and storage areas. A garage is available for $300 extra. The house has been remodeled with brand new carpet and paint, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hot water heater, and there is room for your own medium sized refrigerator. I live in an apartment on the property but I share the kitchen and lower bathroom shower. That bathroom has also been remodeled. Grocery stores (3) are nearby, restaurants, Walgreen’s and CVS. If you love to ski or snowboard you are 1/4 mile away to the resort. Your bedroom has a view of the ski runs near the top, and you’ll be able to see close up weather conditions. There is a month to month tenancy. The property is large with wrap-around decks and very private.
I am the owner of the house for 12 years, and I live separately in an apartment on the property. I’ve been retired for a number of years but I have an interest in returning to school.
