This spot is located in a gated community right next to APU and Citrus College. We have our own garage, in unit laundry, a spacious living room with high ceilings, our own large patio, a grand piano, community pool and tennis courts!

Rent for the private room is $1200 with utilities and gas/wifi separate, but divided among all of us.

This place is honestly a gold mine for students and rarely has openings. Please let me if you’re interested!

We are 2 female APU music college grads in our mid twenties, looking for another female to fill a spot that just opened up in our condo! We are pretty quiet, clean, to ourselves, and like to keep a nice cozy retro vibe in our decorations. We are musicians, so there is sometimes some piano or guitar playing around the living room and we occasionally host gatherings to hang with our friends (once or twice a year). We both graduated from APU a couple years ago, and are now working professionals. We would love to have an incoming APU grad student join us this fall school year as this place has been traditionally used as off campus student housing, but we’re open to all women who are interested!
