This is a spacious, modern townhome located centrally in Glen Burnie, just off Aquahart Rd near 5th Ave. You will be within 7 minutes of Walmart and major retailers like Giant, Aldi, Target, etc. You will have your own private bedroom and a private bathroom. The home is 2 massive bedrooms, and 2&1/2 bathrooms. The home is completely furnished(Couches, dishes, tvs, etc), so you only need to bring your own bedroom furniture and personal decor. We have a massive basement—easily the size of both upper bedrooms combined—providing plenty of extra room for storage or personal use. There’s a TV and couch down there, along with the in unit laundry. We also have a nice back deck for relaxing, grilling, or whatever else. Off-street parking is also available. Rent is $800/month with an $800 security deposit.

We are a professional couple (fiancé and I) working as elementary school teachers in the area. We keep a welcoming home that is also home to two very friendly, people-loving cats. We value a balanced home life. We enjoy watching movies, spending time outdoors, and staying active with sports like basketball, pickleball, and swimming during the summer months. ​While we occasionally drink and partake in marijuana, we are very respectful of shared spaces; there will be no smell, and you will not be involved in these activities unless you explicitly want to be. ​We are looking for a reliable, respectful roommate who is comfortable living with two cats and appreciates a clean, shared environment. Please note that due to lease restrictions, we can’t have any more uncaged animals. Fish, gerbils, and things like that are allowed but dogs or cats are already at max capacity.
