One bedroom available in townhouse apartment (4 bed & 3 full baths). This bedroom is on the main floor off the living room with an accordion door and has its own bathroom w/ shower.

Parking is not included but street parking is easy in this neighborhood, even at night. The room comes unfurnished, but the current tenant is willing to sell some of the furniture. There is an additional closet available for hanging up clothes, etc. The lease is month to month, but we’d prefer someone to stay for 6+ months.

The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, central HVAC, easy street parking and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. There is a community park down the street with tennis courts, a skate park, baseball fields and more.

Currently, there are 3 male roommates who are easy-going working professionals in their late 20’s. Preferably looking for a male, no pets or couples please (dog in the picture doesn’t live here anymore).

Three male’s in their mid-20s, working in the entertainment industry or a related field. A very laid-back and friendly situation that anyone can easily transition into.
