About the room

3 bed 2 bath
Spacious 1 floor apartment (on the corner) with amazing natural light
both guest rooms are empty, bathroom right outside both rooms
all bills are laid into the rent except electric and internet
some photos are slightly dated, before I decorated.
I own 2 cats, with an automatic litter box
washer and dryer connects (haven’t purchased yet)
multiple pools/spa, gym, game room, tennis quarts, laundromat, volleyball, right next to sprouts and target

About the roomies

It’s just me and my cats, both cats are fixed! I’m a bartender at casa Pantera, so I have kind of a wonky night owl schedule. I’m tidy and clean, and quiet when I need to be. I have a lot of plants and love to keep the place smelling good.
