My dear parents are open to sharing their beautiful home and are looking for a very respectful, full time working, drama free professional. Must like cats, be open to spirituality (at very least be non judgemental of buddhism, shamanism, and meditation), vegitarian, and have solid grounded communication skills.
They are retired but plan to be both working from home again and need a good amount of quiet time for that, so it would work best if you are out a lot and have a set schedule / routine that aligns with theirs (quiet hours 9 pm - 8 am) as the house is not super sound proof. No guests unless it is discussed prior. Only non smokers, drug free and mentally stable people.
Must take good care of the room and be super clean. Weekly participation in cleaning shared rooms (kitchen/patio). If you are into gardening and want to get involved with that reguarly can also talk about a small price discount.
