Room for Rent – Peaceful, Private & Comfortable

I’m looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share my cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it’s peaceful with very little traffic. The neighbors are wonderful, and it’s the kind of place that’s nice to come home to after a long day.

The bedroom includes full access to the main bathroom, which is yours almost all the time. I use the private bathroom in the primary bedroom, so the only time the main bathroom would be shared is if either of us has guests over.

The home is kept clean and tidy, while still feeling comfortable and lived in. There’s also a large, fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, reading a book, or just enjoying some quiet time.

A little about the roommates you’ll be living with—my two husky mixes. They can be a little shy and cautious when meeting new people, but once they warm up, they’re incredibly laid-back, sweet, and will probably just want to nap nearby. They are my pride and joy, so being dog-friendly is a must. That said… they’re huskies. If pet hair drives you crazy, this probably isn’t the right fit. 😂

I’m also open to reducing the monthly rent by $100–$150 if you’re willing to help out with the dogs from time to time—letting them out to potty if I’m working late or hanging out with them occasionally so they have some company. There’s absolutely no expectation of full-time pet sitting; just lending a hand every now and then would be greatly appreciated.
