Bright, private room available in a quiet condo community in the heart of Signal Hill’s Hilltop neighborhood. The room is unfurnished, so you can set it up exactly how you like, and it comes with its own private bathroom — no sharing. Also included: in-unit laundry, a dedicated parking spot, and Wi-Fi.

The community has a fantastic set of amenities: a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and an on-site car wash station — all behind secure gated access.

The location is hard to beat, too. It’s a very walkable area with a few shopping centers within about a half-mile, plus grocery stores and local spots like The Palms and Jimmy E’s Bar + Grill just minutes away. You’re close to Signal Hill’s hilltop parks — Hilltop, Sunset View, and Discovery Well — which have some of the best panoramic views of the LA basin and coastline anywhere in the area.

Getting around is easy: quick access to PCH and the 405 and 710 freeways, about 2 miles to Long Beach Airport, and close to Cal State Long Beach and Long Beach City College. The Long Beach shoreline and downtown are a short drive south.

You’d be sharing the home with one other person: an active, friendly 67-year-old retired nursing assistant. She keeps a tidy, welcoming home and enjoys her own routine, so the household is calm and low-key without being isolating.
