Private unfurnished bedroom for rent in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath house within a quiet gated community. Monthly rent is 1100/month and shared bath with another roommate.
Looking for quiet, clean and responsible students or working professionals. Must have a credit score of 650 or higher. Proof of income as well as a credit check is required. 6 months lease desired, and then month to month. The room will be rented just to one person, and no smoking, drugs, or pets permitted, and sorry no overnight guests.
