I’m looking for a female roommate, preferably around my age, who is clean, respectful, and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

The room includes:

• Private bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Full access to the kitchen and common areas
• You are welcome to use the kitchen and cookware—just provide your own groceries and meals. *Full access to the washer and dryer
• our community is beautiful - very large nice pool, gym, pickle ball courts, and clubhouse access. *utilities are included

A little about the home: I’m a mom of two teenagers. They’re rarely home because they’re usually busy with their own activities, but when they are home, they’re respectful and easygoing.

I also have dogs and cats, and they are part of my family. If you have pet allergies or aren’t comfortable living with animals, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Cleanliness is very important to me. I take pride in keeping my home clean and organized, and I’m looking for someone who will help maintain that same standard by cleaning up after themselves and treating the home with respect.

I’m hoping to find someone who shares similar values and interests, enjoys a drama-free environment, communicates openly, and wants a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. I love to have fun! I’m a very fun person and very laid back!
