About the room

The house is located in South Boulder, conveniently located next to multiple local and regional bus routes, the Table Mesa PnR, 36, and other major Boulder roads. We split some expenses (select kitchen staples, select streaming services, and cleaning supplies) as a house. Each person gets their own room and splits a refrigerator and bathroom with their respective floor. There is plenty of kitchen space, multiple areas for chilling/studying/working, and a gorgeous backyard. Oh, and there’s laundry on site (no quarters).

About the roomies

We are a house of 4 people (3 guys, 1 gal) looking to fill the 5th room in our house starting Aug 1st. One of our amazing roommates got a great job out of state and will be taking the opportunity. Our varied interests include rock climbing, outdoorsy stuff, weightlifting, tv and movies, Legos, arts and crafts, current events, cooking, chilling and vibing, and bread making to name a few.

On a typical day, you will hear someone playing the trumpet, have someone watching Love Island, or listening to music in the living room. Occasionally we will have people over for dinner or drinks. There may be an occasional party, but we are not a party house. Looking for someone to mesh with and contribute to the current vibes in the house. If you’re a flight attendant, or just looking for a safe and secure place to store your stuff, we would also love to have you!

Things we want: Chill, good communicator/conflict resolution skills (we are a multi-person shared house) Solo-people only (no couples) Fun vibes, drama free, responsible for self, not one to eat others food, things like that Contributes to the house via chore completion and picking up after themselves (it’s the minimum we ask)

Some notes: Looking to fill room by Aug 1st! Dogs are a no per the landlord and the backyard, but we do like kitties. Other pets/exotic animals, TBD. If you have a cat, the litter box is going in your room. No couples! Landlord doesn’t want more than one person to a room.
