This is a suite with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony. It is located on the top floor of our two-floor house (plus a basement), situated in a quiet residential area. There is a large, shared kitchen and living room on the main floor, as well as a small backyard with a garden. Laundry room (washer and dryer) is in the basement. Street parking is available and free. This house is right off of 17th, which is the hotspot for shopping and cafe-going in Sellwood.

We are all rising seniors at Lewis & Clark College who like to keep the house both clean and fun! We love to play music (there’s an organ in the living room!), share meals together as a part of our meal rotation, and also remain considerate of each others’ privacy and other needs. We are primarily looking for a couple of fellow students / recent graduates willing to share this suite, but we are open-minded and welcoming to all!
