About the room
Bedroom in a private culdesac type street! Filled with young adults/professionals! It’s a small room but there is plenty of storage in the house and garage and we are happy to give more of the storage space! There will be a cat and dog in the house you are welcome to love on. Rent is $665 & utilities will be split 3 ways! We are estimating $750ish a person. We have most kitchen and living room furniture we are happy to share! There is a small back deck and back yard area! Plenty of parking available. Shared bathroom with one other person. Lots of space in the house! Giant tv in the living room to share! If interested, please reach out and we will send you the application and the landlord will be in touch. We have signed the lease and are looking for someone else to sign on! Move in is Aug. 1st. Security deposit due upon signing.
About the roomies
27 & 29 year old working females with a cat and dog! Very chill and quiet. We are go with the flow and are down to hang out but also can keep to ourselves. We are mostly gone all day with working anyway! We enjoy being outside, going for walks, concerts, going to the gym, movie nights, going out, etc.
