Our home is located in a very quiet and safe area of Chino Hills, near The Shoppes and local shopping centers, near the 71 Freeway. The room available for rent is furnished with a queen bed and 2 night stands w/ 3 drawers each. The closet has lots of shelving. There is also a TV in this room. This room is located upstairs with own bathroom. Access to shared common areas: kitchen, laundry room and backyard for your convenience. Seeking a clean & quiet responsible adult. Landlord resides in property with a small, indoor, people friendly dog. The following are not permitted on premises: pets, smoking, guests, and any recreational drug use. Will require background check, credit check and verifiable job. Minimum stay is 6 months, would prefer 1 year lease. Our home is very nice and worth a look. Security deposit, pay stubs, and references are needed.

Landlord is retired. Other roomie has been here 2 1/2 years, and is very quiet. Our small dog is very friendly and won’t bother you. We prefer a quiet environment and we keep to ourselves most of the time.
