Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate to move in starting August. I just renewed my lease for another year, so I’m looking for someone to share the apartment with during that time.

About the apartment 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Each person has their own private bathroom In-unit washer and dryer My bedroom has an en-suite bathroom The available bedroom is unfurnished and has its own private bathroom just outside the room Both bedrooms have their own private balcony

📍 The apartment is located in Edgewater, on 25th Street & Biscayne Blvd, with easy access to Midtown, Wynwood, the Design District, Downtown, and Miami Beach.

Rent $800 security deposit $1,450/month +$25/month for internet Electricity and water are split evenly between both roommates. The building

It’s an older building, but it’s quiet and well maintained.

Amenities include:

Swimming pool Gym Night security Parking

Parking is not included, but a parking space can be added for $100/month, which we can split ($50 each).

Pets

I live with a small dog who is very sweet, friendly, and quiet, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs.

About the roomies

All roommates must be registered with the building management, so you’ll need a valid ID.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, respectful, and enjoys living in a peaceful home. I’m a hardworking and responsible guy and appreciate a relaxed, drama-free living environment.
