About the room
The room is non-furnished and has its own private bathroom and shower/tub. Parking is available on driveway or ample street parking. Kitchen use and living room are common areas. Cannabis friendly but we ask we talk more about use when we meet. Rent is $1550 plus utilities. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Great for a student or working person. The house is close 10 min walk to Del Amo Mall and bus pickup spots. Looking urgently.
