The house is fully furnished besides the room for rent. I do have a 10 year old son that will share the bathroom but it’s spacious enough for the both of you. It’s a newer house so no issues with mold or leaks. The neighborhood is safe and the house has plenty of space from noisy neighbors.

I am a very clean and organized person and I’m looking for a roommate that enjoys a quiet and relaxing home life. I do have two small older dogs that keep to themselves and a sweet cat. My son plays video games and keeps to himself while I do the same in my room. Just looking for someone to help pay rent!
