The super large room is for rent and has access to all the common living area plus a large deck. The house is up a hill in a quiet neighborhood right off of Evergreen and Grand in Vancouver. It has beautiful view. Utilities are mostly included with a small charge for a portion of the gas bill.
The oversized bedroom is in a 3200 sqft home has a organized built-in closet and view of the size yard and backyard. It is ~280 sqft (20ft x 14 ft). The room is easy accessed from the front door. A large private bath is right next to the room of your own.
Some information about the area.
- A short walk will bring you to specialized shops, parks, restaurants, bars, Clark Community College, and Marshall Community Center which has a full gym, weight room, pool, etc.
- Bus lines going in all directions are located within a 2-minute walk.
3.A bit longer of a walk will take you to several grocery stores , downtown Vancouver, the new waterfront, and Fort Vancouver National Historic Site.
- Major freeways are located nearby: I-205, I-5, SR-14.
- Portland is an easy 9-mile drive south along I-5, and the airport is about 10 minutes away.
- The beautiful Columbia River Gorge, Oregon coast, Mount Saint Helens/Hood, and several national/state forests are all under 2 hours away.
