Welcome to our home! The available room is located on the second floor, offering a quiet and comfortable living space. The room is unfurnished and includes a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared with one other female roommate. Downstairs, you’ll have access to a shared living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and other common areas. We also have a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent. Outside, we have a large front yard that’s perfect for relaxing, hanging out with friends, or having a barbecue. Female guests are welcome. We’ve lived in this home for several years and love the neighborhood. It’s conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and other everyday amenities. The location is also ideal for students, with previous tenants attending San José State University (SJSU) and De Anza College. We have two friendly dogs and one cat. The dogs stay downstairs and are not allowed on the second floor, where the available room is located, thanks to a gate separating the floors. This helps keep the upstairs living area quiet and pet-free if you prefer some separation. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house, with no permit or fees required.
You’ll be living with Preethi, her college-aged daughter, and another female roommate (currently to be determined). Preethi works full-time, and her daughter is a college student. We maintain a friendly, respectful, and peaceful home where everyone values each other’s privacy while being considerate of shared spaces. During the week, we’re rarely home because of work and school. On weekends, we usually spend time downstairs watching movies or TV together. We’re generally quiet, and since your room is upstairs, any conversations or socializing downstairs are unlikely to disturb you. Our bedtime typically ranges from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, but we keep noise to a minimum. We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible female roommate. Keeping the common areas tidy is important, and we also ask that you keep your personal room clean. Please avoid leaving dishes or food in your room, as they can create odors that spread throughout the house. We also ask that damp items, such as towels or clothes, are not left sitting in the room for extended periods, as they can lead to mold, mildew, and damage to the room or the house.
