Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet a private room in a 2B2B at Avalon Pasadena.

The room is a private furnished bedroom with its own personal bathroom, ample closet space. The rest of the apartment is shared and includes a fully furnished living room and kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, AC, dishwasher, a small storage unit, and a shared balcony.

The community has a lot to offer, including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, study rooms, Amazon lockers, BBQ area, rooftop area, and parking available within the building (for an extra fee). The apartment is within walking distance of Old Pasadena and Caltech, and there are lots of great restaurants just a few minutes away, so it’s an easy and convenient place to live.

Rent is $1600 and includes all utilities. There is no security deposit or application fee. The room is available until the end of November.

You would be living in an apartment with a married couple of working professionals in their 30s. There are no pets in the home.
