About the room
This is for room with an attached bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 parking spots in North Long Beach. There are gates and a security guard at night. The apartment is furnished but your room will not be. I have a cat and am looking for a room mate who is not moving with a pet but who would like to live with one.
There is laundry, a pool, and a hot tub on site and we only for pay electricity as far as bills go.
The area we live in is adjacent to Compton and we are corner apt next to a busy street so it can get loud if you open the windows and the area outside the apartment is what you would expect for being Compton adjacent.
About the roomies
Me and my partner are both queer and share a room. I’m an Aircraft Mechanic and he is a Social Worker. I work nights with odd days off and he works out of town so he will most likely only be around on the weekends.
We are both friendly, nerdy, and open to having conversations about any issues that arise from living together.
We currently have his computer in the living room because there wasn’t enough room in our bedroom for both of our computers. We are both open to moving things around in the living room if needed to accommodate!
