About the room
Welcome! This sunny house has a room open for a new housemate. The location is excellent with a <10 minute walk to the Roselle Park Train Station or the center of town/farmer’s market, and < 10 minute drive to Kean University. The house is also a 15 minute drive to Newark (EWR) airport and a 1 hr drive to JFK Airport.
Rent will be $1000/month including utilities and washer/dryer use. A $1000 security deposit will be due prior to moving in. Potential tenants may be subject to signing a 6 month lease and possibly completing credit and background checks.
The house has 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an upstairs lounge area, a new kitchen, a large finished basement, a spacious backyard, a back patio, and a front porch. The room is unfurnished, but a twin or queen bed can be arranged. The upper lounge area is for your personal use and is not shared.

About the roomies
Currently only myself and my fiance occupy the home. We are in our late 20’s, spending most of our time working and going out. We cook, we play video games, and we play instruments in the basement. We are looking for a housemate who is responsible and tidy.
