Netflix, HBO, and Hulu (in the living room), plenty of parking, beautiful views, plus access to large backyard *** MUST LOVE ANIMALS- there are 2 dogs and 1 cat living here. We also have chickens, a duck and a rabbit (We love animals, but would prefer not to host more at this time) cameras on site, for security. Quiet, low traffic location. About the roomies
we own the house and everyone is friendly and welcoming. We currently in the myst of making a gym in the garage. theres an adu neighbor they are quiet and everyone doesnt intrude on each other. So it works out perfectly.
