A town home in Catonsville, just 25 minutes outside the city of Baltimore. Private room on the upstairs floor. Shared bathroom with at least one other roommate. (potential to get another roommate later in the lease). Friendly and safe neighborhood. Street parking.

Andi and Allison are seeking a chill, responsible, and respectful roommate to take one of the upstairs rooms.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. I (Allison) currently reside in one of the larger two. Andi resides in a sectioned off part of the basement. Laundry is also in the basement. The other large room upstairs (approx. 11 x 11 ft) is what’s currently for rent. Exact dimensions of the room can be shared upon request.

There is also a much smaller bedroom upstairs (approx. 9 x 10 ft) that we would like to fill later in order to lower everyone’s rent cost. With three total occupants, your rent in the large room would be $760 and with 4 total occupants, your rent would be $568.

Our landlord is pushing for an 18 month lease, but may be fine with a 12 month lease. Lease renews on August 1, so we want to find someone who can start then.

We are seeking women only and one singular roommate, so no couples or kids. No smokers either. No pets according to our lease terms.

Between the two of us, we share these interests: painting, drawing, hiking, cosplay, creative writing, playing musical instruments, playing video games, etc.
