About the room

Located in South Provo, a few minutes away from Springville, is my apartment I’ve lived in for at least one year. There is a metal staircase going up to reach our apartment, so it might not be wheelchair friendly, unfortunately. The apartment itself is a well-lived in, and a cozy space, with an electric coil stove in the kitchen, an oven, microwave, but unfortunately no dishwasher. The bathroom is shared, and includes hookups for a washing machine and a dryer if you’d like to install one. The room itself is slightly smaller than the master bedroom (taken), but can still hold quite a bit. My former roommate carried many crafting supplies and shelves that held a plethora of items, as well as fitting a queen size bed in there.

About the roomies

I’m queer-friendly, and welcome fellow trans/Nonbinary folks in my home as well. <3 While I personally don’t do substances, we can negotiate about it. I will say no nicotine or harder substances than medical Marijuana or alcohol. It’s only 2 bedrooms, so it would just be whoever is interested in the second bedroom, and myself.

I’m often hanging out with friends, at work, or going to various events up north. I love animals, so I would have no issue if you had a pet, but the real estate folks require that your pet is technically an ESA or service animal.

I personally enjoy listening to music, drawing, hanging out with people, going to SLC for various adventures, and occasionally staying home to play video games, or watch a movie or tv show. I keep to myself, but I’d love to make a new friend with whoever I’m living with. I do live a somewhat unconventional lifestyle for most, so I would say I tend to scare off most religious folks.
