-Individuals with prior backgrounds or barriers to housing -Seniors (including those on fixed incomes) -Individuals with past evictions -Individuals who do not meet traditional rental requirements, including the common 3x monthly income requirement -Veterans -Individuals receiving SSI or SSDI -People experiencing housing instability or homelessness
