I have a two bedroom one bathroom basement for rent available on 1st of July, rent is $1300/month $300 Deposit. Located near Water World off 88th Lipan St. in Thornton, prefer no pets , I have 2 Basset Hounds but can see and meet your dog if you happen to have one. Absolutely no cats!! Private area downstairs.
